Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Brickfeed, operated by
Zanello Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the
app, you agree to these Terms.
BrickFeed is a community for sharing original LEGO content. Posts must feature LEGO bricks, sets, minifigures, or LEGO-related builds photographed or filmed by you. Off-topic content, stock images, or photos you did not take yourself are not permitted and will be removed. BrickFeed reserves the right to remove any content at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
---1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Brickfeed. By creating an account
you confirm that you meet this requirement.
---2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all
activity that occurs under it. Do not share your password or access
credentials with others. Notify us immediately at brickfeedapp@gmail.com if
you suspect unauthorized access. You may not create multiple accounts to
evade a suspension or ban.
---3. User Content
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, captions, and other content you
post ("User Content"). By posting, you grant Zanello Studios a non-exclusive,
royalty-free, worldwide license to display, store, and distribute your User
Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving Brickfeed.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to post
content that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Infringes the intellectual property rights of others
- Is abusive, harassing, threatening, or hateful
- Contains nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence
- Impersonates another person or entity
- Promotes illegal activity
- Is spam or intentionally misleading
---4. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms
without prior notice. If your content is removed for a policy violation, you
will receive an in-app notification. Repeated violations may result in
account suspension or permanent deletion. You may contact us at
brickfeedapp@gmail.com if you believe a removal was made in error.
---5. LEGO Trademark
LEGO® is a registered trademark of the LEGO Group. Brickfeed is an
independent fan community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or
sponsored by the LEGO Group.
---6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app to harass, bully, or harm other users
- Attempt to access another user's account without permission
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the app
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the app
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension or ban
- Use the app for any commercial purpose without our written consent
- List counterfeit, bootleg, or misrepresented items in the Marketplace
- Manipulate Build Challenge voting through coordinated or fraudulent means
---7. Groups
Brickfeed allows users to create and join community Groups. Group owners and
moderators ("admins") set their own posting rules and may remove members or
content at their discretion, subject to these Terms.
By joining a Group, you agree to follow both these Terms and any additional
rules established by that Group's admins. Brickfeed is not responsible for
moderation decisions made by individual Group admins.
We reserve the right to remove any Group — and any content within it — that
violates these Terms, without prior notice.
---8. Marketplace
Brickfeed provides a peer-to-peer Marketplace where members can list LEGO
sets, parts, and related items for sale. Brickfeed is a platform only — we
are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers, and we do not
process, hold, or facilitate payment.
By listing or purchasing items in the Marketplace, you agree that:
- All transactions are conducted directly between you and the other party
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy, condition, and authenticity of
items you list
- You may not list counterfeit, bootleg, or misrepresented items
- Brickfeed is not responsible for disputes, failed transactions, lost
shipments, or fraud arising from Marketplace activity
- We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms
If you have a dispute with another user regarding a Marketplace transaction,
you are responsible for resolving it directly. We encourage users to report
fraudulent listings via the in-app report feature.
---9. Build Challenges
Brickfeed may host Build Challenges in which members submit original LEGO
builds for community voting. No purchase is necessary to participate.
Participation is open to all eligible members unless otherwise stated.
- Submissions must be your own original work
- Voting is limited to one vote per member per submission
- We reserve the right to disqualify submissions that violate these Terms or
the rules of a specific challenge
- Where prizes are awarded (including digital gift cards), they have the
stated cash value and will be delivered electronically
- Winners are determined by community vote; Zanello Studios reserves the
right to review results and disqualify entries that violate the rules
- Build Challenges are void where prohibited by law
- Prize values may be subject to applicable taxes, which are the sole
responsibility of the recipient
---10. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Brickfeed offers optional monthly badge subscriptions processed through
Apple's App Store:
- Supporter — $2.99/month
- Pro Builder — $4.99/month
- Master Builder — $9.99/month
Subscriptions automatically renew each month and are charged to your Apple ID
unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing
period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS
Settings → Subscriptions.
If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, your badge will be removed from
your profile at the end of the paid period. Subscription processing is
managed through RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your payment card
information — all billing is handled by Apple.
Previous purchases can be restored using the Restore Purchases option in the
app. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable
law. For refund requests, contact Apple directly.
---11. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts that violate
these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your own account at any
time via Settings → Delete Account, which permanently removes your data.
---12. Intellectual Property
The Brickfeed name, logo, app design, and original content created by Zanello
Studios are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You
may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written
consent.
---13. Push Notifications
Brickfeed may send push notifications for activity such as likes, comments,
follows, and mentions. You can opt out of push notifications at any time in
your device's iOS Settings.
---14. Disclaimers
Brickfeed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not
guarantee that the app will be available at all times or free from errors. We
are not responsible for User Content posted by other users, or for the
outcome of any Marketplace transaction or Build Challenge.
---15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zanello Studios shall not be liable
for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from
your use of Brickfeed. Our total liability to you shall not exceed $100.
---16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States,
without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be
resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
---17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after
changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will
update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
